An article was published in the scientific journal Precision Agriculture Drivers and barriers to\u00a0precision agriculture adoption in Czech agriculture, <\/strong>whose author team includes experts from the Czech University of Agriculture in Prague, FADN Czech Republic and the University of Pozna\u0144, and whose processing used FADN data. The aim of the article was to identify factors and obstacles preventing the introduction of precision agriculture technologies in companies specializing in field production in the Czech Republic. It was found that the introduction of precision technologies in our conditions is significantly influenced by socio-economic factors, such as labor intensity, debt, education of managers and the economic size of the agricultural enterprise, as well as environmental factors, such as location and soil quality.<\/p>

The FADN survey traditionally works with a representative sample of agricultural holdings, which includes farms of various specializations, economic sizes, regions and districts, production areas and types of farming. Since the 2011 financial year, the survey has also included a detailed analysis of organic farming holdings. Last year, we decided to use the data we have collected over such a long period of time and prepared a monograph on organic farming holdings in the Czech Republic in 2014-2023. The main focus is data on the economics of organic farms in our country, supplemented by information from other scientific, legislative and authoritative sources. The publication is available in both digital and printed form. We hope that you will be interested in reading this professional book and perhaps even enjoy it. As part of the 9th annual economic conference of the \u00daZEI, a paper entitled Typology of agricultural enterprises according to the FADN\/FSDN methodology as a tool for assessing economic sustainability was presented. This paper focuses on the construction and use of the typology of enterprises according to the FADN\/FSDN methodology, which allows the classification of enterprises based on their economic size and specialization using the so-called standard production coefficients. The FADN Czech Contact Point is a co-author of the analytical evaluation of the Integrated Survey on Agriculture 2023. It is a comprehensive statistical survey that provides detailed and up-to-date information on the structure of agricultural holdings, land use, livestock farming and other key indicators. Data are collected in accordance with Eurostat methodology. The survey is conducted regularly (every three to four years) and its results are important for monitoring trends in Czech agriculture. The article \"Productivity and efficiency in Czech agriculture: Does farm size matter?\" was published in the professional journal Zem\u011bd\u011blsk\u00e1 ekonomika (Agricultural Economics \u2013 Czech, 68, 2022 (1): 1-10). The article looks at overall productivity with respect to farm size. Weighted panel data for the period 2014-2018 from the FADN database focused on cereal, milk and beef producers were used. Advanced statistical modeling and estimation methods yield interesting findings regarding the long-discussed lower productivity of smaller farms, competitiveness and the impact of policy approaches at the European level. The aim of the methodology is to propose a procedure for forecasting the economic results of the agricultural sector of the Czech Republic using microeconomic data. The purpose of the methodology is to show a procedure based on which the calculation of the estimate can be repeated periodically. The article \"Agriculture farms product differentiation assessment in the Czech Republic\" was published in the professional scientific journal Zem\u011bd\u011blsk\u00e1 ekonomika (Agricultural Economics \u2013 Czech, 67, 2021 (3): 81\u201389). The paper deals with the analytical evaluation of the differentiation of agricultural products in relation to economic results and is based on data from the FADN database. Four groups of agricultural enterprises were identified and described based on the level of product differentiation in terms of production process and production conditions. In general, it can be concluded from the results that product differentiation is influenced by production conditions and processes. The obtained results can be practically applied by anyone who aims to easily identify, evaluate and compare the levels of differentiation of agricultural products.
